Discord official API strictly forbids webhooks from using reserved terms like "discord" or "clyde" in their display username to prevent spoofing and phishing.
How to resolve:
- In the Campaign Builder or saved template, check the "Bot Username" field.
- Replace names like "Discord Broadcast" with "Community Announcer", "VIP Bot", or your community brand.
- If the field is empty, check the webhook name configured directly inside Discord settings and rename it.
Broadcasts in Discord Multi Sender run in an asynchronous queue to prevent rate limits and browser lag. If the worker script is closed, jobs wait in queue.
How to resolve:
- Double-click the "iniciar.bat" file in the application root directory. It runs the automated dispatcher.
- Keep that command window open while performing broadcasts.
- Alternatively, run in terminal: php artisan queue:listen --tries=3
- Once active, you will see "SendDiscordWebhookJob ... DONE" and messages arrive instantly.
The webhook was deleted inside the Discord server or the channel was removed by a moderator.
How to resolve:
- Go to Webhooks & Groups in the sidebar.
- Find the webhook and click the edit icon to verify or update the URL.
- If deleted, create a new webhook in Discord, copy its URL and paste it into the system.
Discord image proxy only renders secure direct image files and blocks webpage links or non-HTTPS URLs.
How to resolve:
- The image link must start with https:// and end in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .webp.
- Do not use Google Drive preview links or search engine webpage links.
- Tip: Upload the image directly to a private Discord channel, right-click, and select "Copy Image Link".
Discord limits webhook channels to approximately 5 messages per 5 seconds.
How to resolve:
- In Campaign Builder (Step 5), select the recommended Anti-Rate Limit Stepped Delay (15s to 3min).
- The system intelligently spreads broadcasts across workers, completely eliminating temporary rate blocks.
How to Access and How to Reset Your Password

1. Instant Password Recovery
- On the Login screen, click "Forgot your password?" or navigate directly to /forgot-password.
- Enter your registered account e-mail address.
- Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it.
- Click "Reset and Save Password" — your credentials will update immediately with secure bcrypt hashing.
2. One-Click Discord OAuth2 Login
Click the purple "Sign In with Discord" button. Your profile, username, and avatar will sync automatically without having to memorize extra passwords.

- Open Discord, right-click your desired text channel, and select "Edit Channel".
- Click "Integrations" > "Webhooks" > "New Webhook".
- Name the webhook (do not use "Discord" in the name) and click "Copy Webhook URL".
